About Ricardo
As a Portuguese expat who has spent over a decade living abroad, I have cultivated a rich Design and Technology background for over 15 years. Throughout my journey, I have encountered challenging times that prompted deep existential questions and necessitated difficult decisions. These pivotal moments catalyzed introspection and personal growth, inspiring me to pursue avenues of change and evolution.
I experienced profound realizations and transformative shifts through coaching and other transformative practices. In today's uncertain and rapidly changing world, the need for a dedicated space to reflect upon our thoughts and confront our challenges is more critical than ever.
This realization led me to embark on the coaching path, driven by the desire to support individuals and facilitate their introspective journeys, helping them uncover hidden superpowers they may be unaware of. With a diverse background encompassing the realms of Arts, Design, Systems Thinking, and Transformative Coaching, I have a holistic approach to guide and serve you across various self-exploration and personal development dimensions.
