About the Role
We're searching for a Board Chairman.
The Board Chairman will be responsible for establishing key organizational agendas for all other board members. We are searching for someone who can lead the Board and focusing it on strategic matters, overseeing the organisation's business and setting high governance standards as well as play an important role in fostering the effectiveness of the Board and individual Directors and members, both inside and outside the board-room.
Starting the role is entirely volunteer based, but once there are financial gains, they will receive remuneration.
